• The alpha checklist records the minimum release gate for v0.1.0-alpha.
• The readiness page summarizes why the repo is or is not release-ready.

• The test report captures the most recent verification run and its outcome.

Current state

UniWamp is still in alpha readiness work. The project currently has passing automation for the harnessed checks, but the manual runtime and portability matrix is not complete.
